We invite applications from suitably qualified, motivated, and energetic individuals to join our team in the capacity of Service Executive KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Conduct technical and practical training on pest control methods, products, equipment, an service procedures. Train technicians on safety and SOP compliance, including PPE, chemical handling customer site safety. Assess technician competency through practical demonstrations, tests and field evaluations. Coach and mentor new technicians during their induction and initial field training period. Monitor service quality and identify skill gaps, providing refresher training and corrective guidance where required. REQUIREMENTS Applications are invited from individuals possessing a minimum of two years experience. Applicants should possess a Degree in Agriculture from a recognized institution of higher education. Possess an excellent level of customer service and interpersonal skills. Demonstrated fluency in written and spoken English, with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally. A valid riding license is required (A company maintained motorbike with fuel will be provided inclusive of personal use privilege). Preference will be given to candidates residing in Colombo area.
