With 8 years of market experience, we pride ourselves on delivering top-notch software that meets our clients' needs. Key Responsibilities Understand and analyze accounting and financial processes. Work with ERP Finance & Accounting modules. Analyze customer requirements related to accounting and financial systems. Translate accounting and business requirements into software requirements. Work closely with software developers to implement accounting-related functionalities. Perform software testing, UAT and bug reporting. Analyze accounting system issues and coordinate with technical teams to identify solutions. Work with databases and perform basic SQL queries. Understand and support API and third-party system integrations. Participate in ERP implementation and customer onboarding projects. Prepare functional requirements, process flows and documentation. Support customers in understanding accounting and ERP functionalities. Required Qualifications & Skills Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Management, Information Systems, Computer Science or a related field. Professional or part qualification in ACCA, CIMA or CA will be an added advantage. 1-2 years of experience in accounting, finance, ERP implementation, software/business analysis or a related field. Strong practical knowledge of accounting principles and financial processes - MUST. Excellent knowledge of Sage and QuickBooks (QB) - highly preferred. Experience working with ERP Finance/Accounting modules. Previous experience with ERP systems is highly preferred. Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel. Basic knowledge of SQL and databases. Understanding of software testing, UAT and bug reporting. Ability to understand business requirements and communicate them clearly to software developers. Basic understanding of software development concepts. Knowledge of APIs and system integrations. Experience in ERP implementation or business process analysis will be an advantage. Knowledge of Sri Lankan and/or international accounting and taxation requirements will be an advantage. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Good communication and interpersonal skills.
