Key Responsibilities Coordinate elective and emergency surgical procedures with consultants, patients, and relevant hospital departments. Schedule operating theatre bookings and ensure optimal utilization of theatre resources. Liaise with consultants, nursing teams and support departments to facilitate seamless surgical services. Coordinate pre-operative investigations, admissions, and patient preparation. Ensure all required documentation, consents, and insurance approvals are completed prior to surgery. Communicate surgery schedules, changes, and updates to all stakeholders. Maintain accurate records and generate reports related to theatre utilization and surgical activities. Deliver excellent customer service by addressing patient and consultant inquiries promptly and professionally. Ensure compliance with hospital policies, quality standards, and patient safety requirements. Qualifications & Experience Diploma or Degree in Healthcare Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline. Minimum 2-3 years of experience in hospital operations, surgical coordination, operating theatre administration, or a similar healthcare role. Excellent organizational, planning, and coordination skills. Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to work effectively with multidisciplinary teams. Good computer literacy, including Microsoft Office applications. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
