Technical Officer - Regional Operations Maintenance Job Role Manage corrective maintenance tasks to ensure the network availability at the target level or better. Engage in proactive periodic maintenance work and to ensure the optimal upkeep of BTS related equipment. Clearance of service impacting alarms and maintaining spare parts to reduce the number of alarms. Attend the Provisional Acceptance Test (PAT) carried out during the project rollout. Summarize the records, activities, and logbooks to submit inventory details in the ERP system and maintain records methodically. Ability to use the tools and software systems introduced by the company to improve productivity. Positively engage in driving the automation of the cross functional work process. Requirements The candidate should possess Advanced Diploma in Telecommunications. Minimum 1-2 years of experience in the Telecommunication industry is preferred with a proven track record. Ability to configure parameters, monitor alarms by contacting NOC and trouble shooting skills using operating & maintenance terminals of vendors. Ability to operate network test tools such as Site Master and Power Meter. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with related regional staff and suppliers.
