The ideal candidate should possess: NDT (Civil) / HNDE (Civil) / NCT (Civil) or an equivalent qualification. A minimum of 3 years’ experience as a Site Supervisor in a reputed construction company. Strong communication skills and proven leadership abilities. Capable of working under pressure with minimal supervision. Preferably below 35 years of age.
