Customer Relationship Executive - Kandy Basic Salary = 65,000 LKR + Membership Allowance + Other Incentives Free Gym Membership Both Male and Female candidates preferred Shift Time : 9.00 AM -6.00 PM ABOUT THE ROLE We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Relationship Executive. You will play a key role in managing member relationships, providing excellent service, and supporting our members in achieving their fitness goals. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Build and maintain strong relationships with members Handle member inquiries and provide accurate information Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction Efficiently manage membership sales and retention Efficiently manage front desk support tasks Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate daily logs REQUIREMENTS Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Pleasant personality with a customer-first attitude Experience in customer service or related fields is an advantage Proficiency in English and Sinhala (Tamil is a plus) Basic computer skills Be a part of the Revolucion!
