The ideal candidate will have 2–3 years of HR experience specifically within a manufacturing environment, with strong exposure to operational HR functions What We Are Looking For Manage daily HR operations and employee records. Support shift-based workforce administration. Ensure HR compliance and labour law adherence. Maintain HRIS data and prepare reports. Coordinate with production teams and support employee relations. Key Responsibilities 2-3 years of HR experience in manufacturing or industrial environments. Knowledge of Sri Lankan labour laws and HRIS. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
