A good knowledge of Electrical, Hydraulic, Pneumatic, Air Conditioning (A/C) and Plumbing systems A minimum of 03 years of experience in a similar position. Ability to work independently and without supervision, Willingness to travel to other branch locations when required and to work flexible hours. Your Responsibilities: Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on building and institutional equipment, including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, hydraulic and pneumatic systems. Identify, troubleshoot and repair equipment and facilities to ensure safe and reliable operation. Carry out all maintenance work in accordance with company policies, safety regulations and industry standards. Maintain accurate maintenance records, inspection reports and service records, Support with installation, modification and improvement projects related to building services and facilities.
