Lanka StaffAssistant Manager - Operations (Night Shift) | Rajagiriya Location: Sri Lanka-Office Based (Rajagiriya) Working Hours: 7:30 PM-4:30 AM (LKR Time) Experience Required: Minimum 3 Years Salary: Up to LKR 300,000 per month for a qualified candidate Role Overview We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Assistant Manager-Operations to oversee day-to-day operations, team performance, quality, and project execution within a real estate support environment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring operational efficiency. maintaining high-quality standards, meeting client SLAS, and developing team capabilities while supporting senior management in achieving business objectives. This is a hands-on leadership role requiring strong people management, process control, analytical thinking, and operational decision-making skills. Key Responsibilities Team Management & Operational Delivery Lead and manage a team handling real estate documentation and reporting Allocate workloads effectively and ensure deadlines and SLAs are consistently met. Monitor team productivity, attendance, accountability, and performance Identify operational challenges and take timely corrective action Support a high-performance and accountable team culture Quality Control & Process Compliance Ensure all outputs meet defined quality standards and client expectations. Conduct regular quality checks and implement conective and preventive actions. Maintain consistency and accuracy in property report preparation and documentation. Identify recuming errors and implement process improvements to reduce Operational Execution Oversee title document research using rolevant online platforms Monitor workflow and tumeround times across the tem Handle escalations, complex cases, and operational issues when required Contruously identify opportunities to improve productivity and emciency. Training & Team Development Support onboarding and continuous leaming initiatives Identify skill gaps and coordinate appropriate training Work closely with senior leadership to strengthen team capability and planning Reporting & Administration Monix operational dashboards, workflows, and performance metrics Prepare produsivity, quality, and optional reports for management Insure accurate documentation, dala only, and red-koping Maintain compliance with internal processes and client requirements Stakeholder & Client Management Minin effective communications with internal and extern stakeholders Ensure high quality service delivery to international clients. Handle escalations professionally and ensure timely resolution. Build strong working relationships with relevant stakeholders. Key Requirements Bachelor's Degree in any field. Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience, including at least 1 year in a supervisory, team lead, or management role Experience in Real Estate, Property Documentation, BPO, Mortgage Processing, or related operations is a strong advantage. Knowledge of title research and property documentation is preferred. Excellent communication skills in English, Sinhala, and Tamil Strong analytical, problem solving, and decision making abilities. Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook. Ability to work consistently during night shifts. Strong ability to manage deadlines, operational pressure, and team dynamics.
