However, we are looking for a forward-thinking finance professional who has business intelligence knowledge and focus in the industry to take us to the next level. The Finance Manager will be accountable for the administrative, financial, and risk management operations of the company, to include the development of a financial & operational strategy, metrics tied to that strategy and the ongoing development and monitoring of control systems designed to preserve company assets and report accurate financial results. Job Responsibilities Develop financial strategies in line with organizational objectives by contributing financial and accounting information, analysis and recommendations to strategic thinking and direction. Develop and review the prospective business opportunities of the organization and developing action plans. Establish a smooth cash flow management system and provide advisory services and appropriate solutions to improve the financial strength of the organization. Work closely with the top management on operational and strategic issues and provide appropriate recommendations based on financial analysis. Take overall control of the financial reporting of the organization in comply with the financial reporting standards. Review the significant processes of the organization and implement the best practice for the benefit of the company. Have a good understanding on the current trends and be updated with the taxations and standards. Strong cost systems background, play an active role in costing existing & new products and have excellent analytical skills Required Qualifications Fully qualified in CA/ CIMA/ACCA Minimum of 5 years' work experience in a similar capacity (manufacturing industry will be an added advantage) IT skills and exposed to ERP systems and implementation is a must.
