Omni Channel Coordinator | Thalawathugoda / Union Place Locations: SPAR Supermarket – Thalawathugoda & Union Place Key Responsibilities: Manage and fulfil online orders across SPAR2U.lk, PickMe, Uber, and other platforms. Ensure accurate picking, packing, and timely dispatch of all customer orders. Monitor platform backends and ensure continuous device uptime (zero offline). Coordinate with delivery partners to ensure smooth and timely handover. Handle customer queries and resolve issues effectively at first contact. Monitor food stall platforms (PickMe Foods / Uber Eats) and ensure operational efficiency. Track stock availability, promotions, and pricing accuracy across platforms. Promptly identify and report any discrepancies, system issues, and performance gaps. Support achievement of omni-channel sales targets and service KPIs. Work closely with Store Manager and Head Office teams on daily operations. Minimum Requirements: G.C.E. A/L qualification; Diploma in Retail, E-Commerce, Logistics, or Business is an advantage. Minimum of 6 months experience in retail operations, e-commerce, or customer service (FMCG preferred). Comfortable using smartphones, tablets, and digital systems. Exposure to platforms like PickMe, Uber, or similar apps is an advantage. Basic communication skills in English and Sinhala/Tamil. Ability to work under pressure with speed and accuracy.
