Job Profile Lead, guide and motivate the furniture sales team to achieve sales targets. Monitor individual and team sales performance and take necessary action to drive results. Build strong and lasting relationships with customers by understanding their furniture requirements. Ensure customers receive the right furniture solutions and an exceptional showroom experience. Support the team in handling customer inquiries, negotiations and sales conversions. Ensure proper product presentation and maintain showroom display standards. Work closely with the Showroom Manager to achieve business objectives and improve showroom performance. Monitor sales opportunities, follow up on potential customers and maximize conversions. Personal Profile Have a strong passion for furniture sales and customer service. A minimum of 2 years experience in furniture sales, preferably in retail or consumer durables. Have a proven ability to achieve sales targets and KPIs. Have passed G.C.E. Ordinary Level. Possess excellent communication, negotiation and customer-handling skills. Age between 22 and 35 years.
