We specialise in design-led boutique hotels and luxury residential projects. Our growth includes new ventures in the UK and the Gulf and investing in the technical depth and standards that enable us to deliver ambitious new building projects. We are now looking for a Chartered Architect (Preferably Moratuwa) to lead our UAE projects from Fort Galle in Sri Lanka. The Core Requirements for the role Experienced architect with Revit/BIM expertise who can handle high-rise projects from concept to handover in the UAE. A technical lead who is able to: Set the "Gold Standard" of our drawing quality, technical detailing, and specifications, ensuring everything we produce is world-class and site-ready. Coordinate MEP/Structural consultants and ensuring all resolves technical issues and meets Dubai Authority standards. Provide technical support during construction, and mentor and develop junior architectural staff. Manage statutory approvals and compliance (SLIA, CEA, SLTDA, local authority). Must-Haves: Chartered (SLIA) 10+ years experience Expert Revit/BIM (Templates & Protocols) High-rise project experience from concept to delivery Knowledge of UAE building codes and full compliance Ability to manage and lead teams with track record in delivering projects Able to travel to Dubai when needed Excellent communication skills and ability to manage cross-border projects Growth opportunity: More than a technical role; This is a strategic position in the company and the successful candidate will work in close collaboration with the Company Directors.
