Job Profile: Execute end-of-day tasks, troubleshoot, and resolve IT equipment issues within established service level agreements (SLAs) Coordinate with vendors to ensure timely solutions and minimize downtime Assist with new branch openings, relocations, and refurbishments Manage and maintain IT inventory, addressing all IT-related matters in accordance with established guidelines Serve as the primary point of contact for all IT incidents, requests, and problems, ensuring high-quality service delivery and support to meet business needs Foster strong relationships with end users and various departments, ensuring clear communication regarding IT matters Take ownership of incidents to facilitate coordination among resolving parties, effectively communicate with stakeholders, and conduct post-incident reviews Ensure accurate reporting and service improvements, monitor systems and alerts, and optimize the end-user experience for all IT services Candidate Criteria: An acceptable Degree/Higher Diploma/ Diploma in IT from an accredited institution Minimum of 1-2 years of relevant work experience in a similar context Strong knowledge of basic IT technical skills, hardware, and networking Familiarity with banking applications and branch operations is a plus Ability to work on a shift basis, including night shifts Excellent communication skills and the ability to multitask A team player with a positive attitude Remuneration: The successful candidates will be provided with an attractive remuneration package including fringe benefits, commensurate with industry standards.
