Lead Business Analyst We are looking for a Business Analyst to bridge the gap between business needs and technology solutions within the Healthcare domain. Key responsibilities Gather, analyze, and document business requirements. Convert business needs into functional specifications and user stories. Create workflows, technical documentation, and solution designs. Conduct system demos and presentations. Track project progress and communicate updates. Work closely with QA to validate solutions. Monitor implemented systems and suggest improvements. Handle requirements involving third-party integrations and payment gateways. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in business, IT, or related field. 3+ years of Business Analysis experience. Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills. Excellent written and spoken English. Ability to collaborate effectively with different teams. Technical Skills Business process modelling. UML and technical model interpretation.
