Marketing Manager | Negombo Key Responsibilities Plan and manage marketing campaigns across online and offline channels. Develop and execute content and social media strategies. Analyze overall marketing performance and optimize for growth and conversions. Manage WhatsApp, SMS, email, and other CRM activities. Coordinate with creative, operations, and sales teams to maintain consistent branding. Requirements Bachelor's degree or professional qualification in Marketing or a related field. 3-4 years of experience in marketing or a related field. Must have general knowledge about digital marketing (Meta Ads Manager & Google Ads basic level minimum). Strong skills in marketing tools, analytics, and campaign coordination.
