WE'RE HIRING Recovery Officer (Male) | Gampaha/ Colombo Job Responsibilities Monitor assigned loan accounts and conduct timely follow-ups with customers to ensure repayments are made according to agreed schedules. Identify and analyze customer payment behaviour patterns to identify potential repayment risks and take early action. Contact and visit customers with overdue payments and take appropriate recovery actions in accordance with Company procedures. Maintain accurate records of collections, overdue accounts, customer commitments, and recovery actions, and escalate high-risk accounts to management.
