As a Nurse, you will provide quality care to guests, support the medical team during consultations and procedures, and ensure a safe and comfortable guest experience while upholding the highest clinical standards. Key Job Responsibilities Deliver compassionate, guest-focused nursing care with warm hospitality. Prepare guests for medical examinations and treatments, and educate them on health screenings, treatments, and follow-up care. Assist with clinical procedures, including ECGs and colposcopy support. Maintain guest confidentiality and privacy in accordance with Institutional policies and applicable personal data protection regulations. Adhere to infection control protocols and guidelines to prevent the spread of infection. Respond to medical emergencies and escalate to the physician when required. Monitor and manage equipment, ensuring its availability and proper functioning for health screenings. Ensure the cleanliness and proper maintenance of medical equipment and screening areas. Candidate Profile Diploma or Degree in Nursing. Valid Sri Lanka Nursing Council registration or licensure. Previous nursing experience is an advantage. Fluent spoken and written English is mandatory; proficiency in Sinhala and Tamil is an added advantage. Compassionate and guest-focused approach with attention to detail and accuracy. Sound knowledge of clinical care, infection control, and clinical procedures. Basic computer and record keeping skills. Ability to remain calm and effective under pressure.
