Log and track customer interactions, escalating unresolved cases to relevant teams. Follow up on pending cases to ensure resolution within defined SLAs. Educate customers on self-service options and safe wallet usage. Identify recurring issues and report trends to relevant teams for continuous improvement. Report recurring issues and trends to support continuous improvement. Ensure compliance with policies, regulations, and data privacy standards. Maintain professionalism, empathy, and a focus on customer satisfaction in all interactions. Candidate Profile Ideal candidate should be between 20–30 years. Successfully completed GCE Advanced Level (A/L) or equivalent. Diploma in Business/Customer Service is an added advantage. 1–2 years of experience in a call center, customer service, or financial services environment, preferably in digital payments or banking. Basic understanding of digital payment systems, mobile wallets, or banking transactions. Ability to handle complaints and difficult customers professionally. A dynamic and result-oriented individual with excellent interpersonal skills. Freshers with strong communication skills, patience, and problem-solving ability may also be considered.
