Production Delivery Supervisor | Rajagiriya - Madinnagoda (Factory) Key Responsibilities Plan, coordinate & monitor daily production activities. Manage production schedules and ensure timely completion. Coordinate deliveries efficiently. Monitor quality, productivity & production targets. Coordinate with factory, sales, stores & site teams. Manage manpower and allocate resources effectively. Ensure products are delivered safely and on schedule. Identify production delays and implement corrective actions. Requirements Diploma / HND / Degree in Production, Engineering, Operations or related field. Proven experience in production & delivery management. Strong leadership and team-management skills. Excellent planning, coordination & problem-solving abilities. Good communication and organizational skills. Experience in a manufacturing / construction environment will be an advantage.
