WE ARE HIRING Project Manager - Piling Project | Kandy ABOUT THE ROLE A Leading Construction Company with CIDA CS2 is seeking an experienced and results-driven Project Manager to lead a piling project from planning through execution. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in geotechnical engineering, foundation work, and managing large-scale construction teams. Key Responsibilities Oversee all phases of the piling project, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery Coordinate with engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers Manage site activities and monitor safety compliance Prepare and maintain project schedules, budgets, and reports Ensure quality control and adherence to technical standards Requirements Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent Minimum 10 years of experience in large-scale piling or foundation engineering projects Familiarity with ISO standards in construction projects Strong leadership, planning, and communication skills Knowledge of local construction regulations and safety standards Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities Residence near Kandy will be a distinct advantage.
