Sales Marketing Executive JOB OVERVIEW The Sales & Marketing Executive will be responsible for generating leads, answering calls, promoting CAGS courses, and converting enquiries into student registrations This role is ideal for a motivated, confident, and target-driven individual with strong communication, persuasion, and closing skills. managing customer enquiries, following up with prospective students, developing sales and marketing ideas, supporting promotional campaigns, and driving course enrolments and overall business growth. Experience in sales, marketing, telesales, or education sales, along with a qualification or training in Marketing, Sales, or Business Management, would be a plus. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Convert enquiries and leads into course registrations Achieve strong monthly sales conversions Follow up with prospective students via calls, WhatsApp, and other channels Handle objections and close sales effectively Keep accurate lead and customer records Follow up until conversion or closure Support marketing campaigns and suggest lead generation ideas Meet individual and team sales targets Prior experience in sales, telesales Strong communication, interpersonal, negotiation, persuasion, and closing skills Motivated, target-driven, and confident personality QUALIFICATION Diploma | SLIM | degree in Marketing, Sales, Business Management, or related sales field preferred Professional marketing or sales certifications an advantage Creativity in sales and marketing ideas Proficiency in English and Sinhala Familiarity with leads, CRM systems, or call-centre sales beneficial PLEASE CLICK THE APPLY BUTTON TO SEND YOUR CV VIA XPRESSJOBS
