Staff Nurse (Etu/ICU/ Operation Theater & Wards) | Thalawathugoda / Wattala Job Profile: Provide effective, patient centered nursing care while ensuring all clinical quality standards are met. Communicate clearly with patients and their guardians regarding treatment plans and care needs. Support daily clinical activities and cooperate with the healthcare team to ensure smooth patient care delivery. Monitor, document, and report hospital acquired infections in accordance with clinical protocols and safety guidelines. Candidate Profile With a 3 year Nursing Diploma or Degree supported with an approved theory and practical course structured from a recognized institute. Registered Nurse in SLNC or PHSRC. More than 2-3 years' experience as a staff nurse in a reputed healthcare institute. With excellent communication and interpersonal skills, kindhearted and dedicated to patient care.
