Assistant Manager - Business Development We are looking for a dynamic, commercially driven and results-oriented professional to join our growing team as Business Development Assistant Manager. The successful candidate will support the development and execution of business growth strategies, identify new business opportunities and contribute to the expansion of our franchise network and brand presence in Sri Lanka. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Drive the expansion of the Bingxue franchise network by identifying potential franchise partners, new markets and suitable locations across Sri Lanka. Generate, manage and convert franchise leads, handling prospective franchisees from initial inquiry through evaluation, discussions and successful conversion. Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective franchise partners, coordinating meetings, presentations, negotiations and follow-ups throughout the franchise development process. Coordinate the franchise onboarding and outlet development process with relevant internal departments to support the successful setup and launch of new franchise outlets. Monitor franchise development activities and maintain regular reports on leads, conversions, pipeline status, market opportunities and network expansion progress for Management. REQUIREMENTS Bachelor's Degree or professional qualification in Business Management, Marketing, Business Development or a related field. CIM/SLIM qualifications will be an added advantage. 4 years of relevant experience in Business Development, Sales, Marketing, Franchise Development or a related commercial role. Proven experience in lead generation, client relationship management and business development activities. Strong commercial awareness with the ability to identify opportunities and convert them into measurable business results. Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation and relationship-building skills. Experience in the F&B, retail, franchise or consumer-facing industry will be an added advantage.
