A degree in Sales/Marketing/Management or full /partial qualification in CIM/SLIM. Sound knowledge in MS Office packages. Effective negotiation & communication skills. Initiative & leardership skills to perform the job better. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced dynamic environment. Having the right customer oriented attitude. Ability to understand customer lifestyle & needs and convert the data and trends to actionable and measurable initiatives. Possession of a valid driving license. Key Responsibilities: Promote and sell products to existing and prospective customers. Achieve annual targets. Cross selling of company products. Handle showroom walk in customers and attend to the requirements effectively. Maintaining and developing good relationships with customers. Participating in marketing /promotional activities as directed by divisional head. Report to the divisional head regularly on inquires, follow ups and closings.
