Associate UI/UX Engineer

Associate UI/UX Engineer Key Responsibilities Collaborate with Product Owners, Business Analysts, and Developers to develop innovative solutions for product direction, visuals, and user experience Execute all stages of visual design from initial concept through to final hand-off to engineering teams Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and e-flyers to effectively communicate design and interaction concepts Conduct user research and evaluate user feedback to continuously enhance the overall user experience Establish and promote design guidelines, best practices, and standards across digital products Work closely with development teams to ensure designs are effectively translated into functional digital experiences Requirements Minimum 1+ year of experience as a UI/UX Designer or in a similar role Bachelor's Degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), or a related field Strong portfolio demonstrating a variety of UI/UX and digital design projects Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or equivalent platforms Sound understanding of user-centred design principles Experience working within an Agile/Scrum development environment Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills Familiarity with front-end development technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript will be an added advantage PLEASE CLICK THE APPLY BUTTON TO SEND YOUR CV VIA XPRESSJOBS
