Job Purpose To lead and manage the Toyota branch as a business unit, achieving sales, profitability, customer satisfaction and operational excellence while strengthening Toyota Lanka's brand presence and customer relationships within the assigned region. The Branch Head will be responsible for business growth, people leadership, sales performance, customer experience, service operations, parts and value chain product business and overall branch profitability, while upholding Toyota values and standards. Main Responsibilities Branch Business Leadership Sales & Business Development After-Sales, Parts & Customer Experience People Leadership Financial & Operational Mgt Market & Community Leadership Key Performance Indicators Vehicle Sales & Market Share, Revenue & Branch Profitability, Sales Conversion Rate, Customer Acquisition & Retention, Fleet/Corporate B2. Growth, Service Revenue & Workshop Utilization, Spare Parts & Motor Oil Sales, Customer Satisfaction / CSI, Employee Productivity, Employee Engagement, Cost Management, Compliance, Quality & Safety, Local Market Penetration Qualifications & Experience Degree or equivalent professional qualification in Business Management, Marketing, Automotive Management, Engineering or a related discipline. Preferably 5-8 years of relevant automotive industry experience, including 3+ years in a managerial / branch / regional management role. Experience in vehicle sales, after-sales, spare parts, dealership operations or automotive business management will be highly advantageous.
