Job Responsibilities Analyze financial and operational performance to support decision-making. Identify trends, gaps, risks and improvement opportunities. Develop and monitor management dashboards & performance trackers. Track CEO-assigned initiatives and ensure timely execution. Monitor progress and escalate critical delays or bottlenecks. Drive stakeholder accountability and follow-through. Prepare executive-level updates and reports for the CEO. Person Specifications Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance, Economics or a related field / professional qualification preferred. 5 - 7 years’ experience in the finance industry, with relevant managerial exposure. Strong expertise in business analysis, MIS reporting and project coordination. Strong analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills. Excellent communication, presentation and stakeholder management skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver under tight timelines.
