Chinese TikTok Content Creator Job Summary We are looking for a creative, energetic, and talented Chinese TikTok Content Creator to develop engaging TikTok content targeted at Chinese-speaking audiences. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating, filming, editing, and publishing short-form video content that increases brand awareness, audience engagement, and social media growth. Key Responsibilities Create creative and engaging TikTok videos in Chinese based on current trends and audience interests. Develop content ideas, scripts, concepts, and storyboards for TikTok videos. Research and follow the latest Chinese TikTok/social media trends, challenges, sounds, hashtags, and content styles. Participate in video shooting and present confidently in front of the camera when required. Edit short-form videos using suitable video editing applications. Create entertaining, informative, promotional, and lifestyle-related content. Maintain a consistent posting schedule and content calendar. Write suitable Chinese captions, titles, and hashtags for each video. Monitor TikTok performance, including views, likes, comments, shares, and follower growth. Analyze audience engagement and improve future content based on performance. Collaborate with the marketing team, designers, photographers, and other staff members. Ensure all content represents the company's brand image and values. Respond to audience comments and encourage community engagement. Identify opportunities for viral and trending content. Assist with promotional campaigns, product launches, and special events. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) Number of TikTok videos produced and published. Video views and reach. Engagement rate, including likes, comments, and shares. Follower growth. Content quality and consistency. Number of successful/trending or viral videos. Audience interaction and community growth. Contribution to brand awareness and marketing campaigns. Basic to advanced video editing skills. Knowledge of CapCut, TikTok Editor,Canva or similar tools. Ability to work independently and in a team. Good time management and meet deadlines.
