Responsibilities: Bridging communication between clients and technicians. Updating our systems and generating ad-hoc reports as needed. Providing updates to clients about their ongoing services. Welcoming walk-in clients and ensuring a smooth interaction with our technicians. Opportunity to engage in marketing/sales tasks to earn extra income.
