Customer Support Executive We are a BPO company specializing in the UK FMCG wholesale and export sectors, seeking a Customer Support Executive to become a key player in our dynamic and growing team. Key Qualifications & Experience: Fluency in English: Both verbal and written, with exceptional communication skills. Proven Experience: Minimum of 2 years in customer care/customer relations (via phone, chat, and email). Sales Passion: Self-motivated with a strong drive to excel in a sales environment. Strong Organizational Abilities: Capable of prioritizing work, managing multiple tasks, maintaining detailed records, and ensuring timely and orderly completion. Technical Proficiency: Working knowledge of Excel, with a proactive willingness to learn and adapt to new tools and technologies. Problem-Solving Mindset: Keen attention to detail and the ability to resolve issues efficiently. Team Player: Contribute to team success by achieving related objectives as needed. Administrative Competence: Ability to handle necessary administrative tasks with ease. Availability: Able to work in the UK time zone (Local Time: 12:30 PM to 9:30 PM), five days per week.
