Executive / Associate Manager – Personal Finance | SME & Personal Finance Business Unit – Cotta Road The Role Excellent opportunity exists for a young, dynamic, and results oriented individual to assume the role of an Executive / Associate Manager - Personal Finance with the potential to work in a challenging working environment. Prepare and submit Portfolio Analysis, incentive and collection reports to Management, ensuring accuracy, timeliness and meaningful performance insights. Coordinate with branches, Team Leaders and Branch Managers through regular interactions and branch visits to address operational issues and improve performance. Organize and facilitate bi-weekly conference calls to monitor executions, review collections, and follow up on agreed action points. Monitor monthly execution and activation performance in coordination with Central Business Operations, Operations, and IT teams to ensure timely processing and issue resolution. Optimize and maintain data retrieval processes and dashboards (reminder letters, discount rates, collections) to improve reporting efficiency and data integrity. The Profile Proficiency in both Sinhala and English language is required. Good interpersonal skills. Proficiency in Microsoft office package.
