Executive – Tariff Management & Compliance The Job Holder will be responsible for the overall operational management and monitoring of the General Tariffs of the Bank, inclusive of carrying out periodic monitoring of competitor landscape, annual review of the General Tariff of the Bank, introduction of new fee avenues and necessary operationalization, analyzing and identifying avenues of fee leakages and driving solutions to stem such leakages, monitoring of deviations to collection of tariffs and escalations to necessary management levels and periodic MIS on General Tariffs and concessions The Job: Carry-out comprehensive competitor landscape study in comparison to NDB Tariffs, noting industry behavior Carry out the Annual Review of General Tariffs of NDB with proposed revisions/new tariffs, obtain relevant approvals for proposed revisions, ensuring relevant internal/external customer communications are carried out, updating of relevant channels/documents, and implementation of proposed revisions by relevant stakeholders Compare and monitor waivers/concessions of specific fees for escalation to relevant Management Staff of non-compliance/continuous concession without corresponding customer profitability for necessary action Coordinate the automation of manually collected fees, where applicable, to minimize revenue leakages, ensuring closure and live deployment of proposed solutions Carry out end-to-end analysis and insight generation of all fees on identified products/transactions to ensure no revenue leakages and maximum fee recovery The Person: Possess full/part qualified in Banking/Finance or any other related field or an equivalent professional qualification Should possess 06 years’ of experience in Banking Strong analytical and presentation skills Excellent communication and planning and organization skills PLEASE CLICK THE APPLY BUTTON TO SEND YOUR CV VIA XPRESSJOBS
