Fitter (PL-2) Applications are invited for recruitment to the following post at the Sri Lanka Thriposha Limited. Qualifications for External Applicants Educational Qualifications Should have passed at least two (02) subjects at the General Certificate of Education (Ordinary Level) Examination. Trained Skills / Proficiency Should have obtained a Trained Skills / Proficiency Certificate relevant to above post compatible to NVQ Level Two (2) or Level Three (3) as recognized by the Tertiary and Vocational Education Commission and not less than two (02) years training/experience. Starting Salary Scale: From 01.04.2025 - PL 2- 2025 - Grade III Rs. 42,300 10 x 490 10 x 540 10 x 590 12 x 630 66,060. In addition to that government approved allowances will be paid. (Will be placed in the initial step of this salary scale at Rs. 40,008/= as per Management Circular 01/2025) General: Every applicant should be a, Citizen of Sri Lanka Should be physically and mentally fit to discharge the duties entrusted to the post Should have an excellent moral character Age should be not less than 18 years and not more than 45 years Employee should contribute 10% to Employees Provident Fund and Sri Lanka Thriposha Ltd will contribute 15% to the Employees Provident Fund and 3% to the Employees Trust Fund.
