Group Manager - Cyber Security Detailed Responsibilities Lead the cloud security support and operations tower, focusing on Azure Security and Palo Alto Firewall technologies. Drive tower-level revenue growth by optimizing service delivery and client engagement through innovative security solutions. Manage escalations and crisis situations with robust processes within Azure Active Directory and cloud security frameworks, adhering to SLA commitments. Ensure operational hygiene by validating reports, maintaining compliance, and aligning service offerings with the Statement of Work (SOW). Foster customer satisfaction by developing and implementing frameworks and initiatives to elevate service quality and responsiveness, utilizing cloud security best practices. Identify and execute automation strategies to support the Profit Improvement Plan (PIP), enhancing operational efficiency and cost-effectiveness. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver seamless security operations and maintain industry-leading standards. Skill Requirements Proven expertise in Azure Security and Palo Alto Firewall technologies. Strong understanding of cloud security principles and Azure Active Directory. Familiarity with operational processes and service management frameworks. Excellent problem-solving and crisis management skills. Ability to design and implement automation solutions for operational improvement. Educational background in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Relevant certifications (preferred): Azure Security Engineer Associate, Palo Alto Networks Certified Network Security Engineer (PCNSE). Other Requirements (Optional) Additional certifications in cloud or network security. Experience with automation tools and scripting within cloud environments.
