Job Profile We are looking for a young and energetic individual to join our team as an "Intern - Accounts Payable & Receivable" for our sister companies located in USA and Europe. The ideal candidate will have the opportunity to learn and contribute to essential accounting processes. This role is designed for individuals who are eager to gain practical experience in accounting within a global organization. The Person As an Intern in the Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable department, you will play a crucial role in supporting our financial operations. Your main areas for growth and learning will encompass; Assist in processing vendor invoices and ensuring timely payments. Reconcile statements and resolve any discrepancies with vendors. Maintain accurate and organized records of accounts payable transactions. Support the accounts receivable team in invoicing and billing processes. Follow up on outstanding customer payments and resolve billing inquiries. Assist in the reconciliation of customer accounts. Enter financial data into accounting software and maintain accurate records. Prepare and organize documentation and reports related to accounts payable and receivable. Communicate effectively with internal teams, vendors, and customers. Respond to inquiries and provide support in a professional manner. Desirable Skills Have successfully completed advanced level exams and registered with CIMA or ACCA (Ideally with foundation level completed). Basic understanding of accounting principles. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Excellent verbal and written English communication. Develop ideas in order to respond clearly and concisely to various audiences who are internal and external. The successful candidate will get a training allowance. This internship lasts 6 months to 1 year, with a chance for a permanent position based on performance, offering long-term career growth opportunities.
