Intern - Marketing Operations The Job : Support the planning and execution of marketing campaigns, promotional activities, digital marketing initiatives, and branding projects. Assist in coordinating media, PR, and communication activities related to events and campaigns. Liaise with internal teams including Marketing, Sales, Product, and external agencies and suppliers to ensure timely project execution. Support the planning and coordination of multiple events and activations simultaneously. Coordinate with vendors on the production and delivery of branding materials, merchandise, and promotional collateral. Assist in maintaining and enhancing Dialog Enterprise brand visibility across various touchpoints. Support the monitoring and reporting of marketing expenditure, campaign performance, and ROI metrics. Gather and analyze customer and sales feedback to identify opportunities for improving marketing activities, events, and customer engagement initiatives. Conduct market research and media monitoring on customers, competitors, industry trends, and emerging business opportunities. Assist in the development of website content, PR articles, customer success stories, and other marketing communications. Support ATL, BTL, digital, and social media campaigns through content coordination and campaign administration. Work closely with web, PR, media, and creative agencies to maximize brand visibility and campaign effectiveness. Entry Requirements Fresh Graduate or Final Year Undergraduate pursuing a degree in Marketing, Business Management, Communications, or a related discipline from a recognized university. Partly or fully qualified in CIM, SLIM, or an equivalent professional marketing qualification will be an added advantage. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Sinhala. Knowledge of Tamil will be a distinct advantage. Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word. Energetic, proactive, and eager to learn with a passion for marketing, branding, events, and digital engagement.
