International Business Development & Digital Marketing Assistant (Full Time) | Moratuwa Build DartCodes' international presence & support global client acquisition Explore Global Markets Generate Quality Leads Bidding & Proposals Client Relationships KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Support the development and execution of digital marketing and international lead-generation strategies. Research international markets and identify suitable business and software project opportunities. Manage and maintain DartCodes profiles on international IT/service platforms. Assist with preparing bids, proposals, company profiles, portfolios, and client communications. Follow up with international prospects through email, online platforms, LinkedIn, or other suitable channels. Coordinate with internal sales and technical teams when preparing proposals and client responses. Maintain international leads, communication records, and follow-up activities. Support the development of long-term relationships with international prospects and clients. REQUIREMENTS Degree / Diploma in International Business, International Relations, Marketing, Business Management, Digital Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. Good written and spoken English. Strong communication, interpersonal, and professional writing skills. Good understanding or interest in digital marketing, online research, lead generation, and proposal writing. Strong research and organizational skills. Interest in the IT/software industry and willingness to learn software products and services. Comfortable communicating with international prospects and working across digital platforms. Experience with international clients, bidding platforms, digital marketing, or business development will be an added advantage.
