IT Officer Job Responsibilities Provide IT support for hardware, software/OS installation and network systems. Assist in troubleshooting computer and system issues. Support staff with day-to-day IT requirements. Problem-solving mindset and ability to work independently. Possess good communication skills in English and Sinhala or Tamil Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. Candidate Profile At least 1-2 years of experience in IT field. Degree or Higher Diploma in IT or a related field. Hands-on experience or sound knowledge in Microsoft Azure AD, Microsoft 0365, and networking fundamentals. Exposure to SAP systems will be an added advantage. Fresh graduates with strong technical skills and internship experience are also considered.
