Marketing Specialist We are looking for a proactive Marketing professional with a strong focus on administration and account management. The role involves day-to-day coordination, active outreach, and performance monitoring, with opportunities to take on broader digital marketing responsibilities as the organization grows. Key Responsibilities Manage influencers and vendors daily. Set up inbound campaigns and manage creator/vendor outreach. Conduct up to 100 email, message, or DM outreaches per day. Coordinate deliverables, timelines, and follow-ups. Research and identify high-value creators and vendors. Track campaign performance, reach, impressions, and KPIs. Manage budgets across multiple markets, creators, and vendors. Use various tools for communication, tracking, and reporting. Maintain accurate records, reports, and status updates. Support internal teams with administrative and account management tasks. Contribute to other digital marketing initiatives as needed. Take on additional responsibilities based on business needs.
