Material Engineer

Material Engineer KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Manage, document, and hand over concrete mix designs to project teams. Maintain accurate mix-design records and technical documentation. Carry out concrete/material testing and interpret test results. Strong practical experience in concrete technology. Conduct laboratory and field trials and develop/ optimize concrete mixes. Investigate and troubleshoot concrete-related problems, identifying root causes and implementing corrective solutions. Experience working in accredited third-party laboratories. Ability to train, guide, and supervise junior technicians/ subordinates. CANDIDATE PROFILE Minimum 3 years in the field. QA/QC documentation and reporting ability. Good working knowledge of BS EN and ASTM codes, standards, and testing procedures. Experience in Laboratory quality systems/accreditation. Concrete defect investigation and corrective actions.
