Production Coordinator (Manufacturing) | Uswetakeiyawa We are vertically integrated tea company based in USA with subsidiary companies in Sri Lanka that are engaged in tea manufacturing, packaging and exporting value added tea products to buyers around the globe. We are looking for a Production Coordinator to join our tea manufacturing factory located in Uswetakeiyawa. Key Responsibilities Collect, verify, and maintain daily production and factory operational data from relevant departments Monitor and update records relating to raw materials, work-in-progress (WIP), finished goods purchases/ consumption and other factory activities Maintain operational records, information systems, and Excel-based reporting trackers to ensure accurate and timely reporting Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports for management review and support basic data analysis, variance identification, and trend monitoring Coordinate with stores and production teams to ensure the accuracy and completeness of inventory and production records Maintain records and documentation in an organized manner to ensure easy retrieval and reporting when required Assist with other reporting, documentation, and administrative functions related to factory operations Key Requirements Candidate preferably below 35 years of age 5-6 years' experience in a similar role, preferably in a manufacturing or factory environment Experience in production reporting, inventory control, and operational record keeping Ability to prepare accurate reports and maintain proper documentation Strong attention to detail, numerical accuracy, and organizational skills Good coordination and communication skills with internal departments Basic knowledge of accounting/bookkeeping practices will be an added advantage PLEASE CLICK THE APPLY BUTTON TO SEND YOUR CV VIA XPRESSJOBS
