We are in search of a dynamic person to join our team of professionals to the role of Production Planning Manager. Key Responsibilities Turn merchandising plans into seasonal and monthly production schedules Give orders to partner factories based on their capacity, cost and lead time Track work in progress and factory KPIs, and deal with delays early Manage the in-house cutting, QC and technical teams Make sure factories meet Fashion Bug's quality and labelling standards Work with the Merchandising, Buying. Design and Warehouse teams, and report to management Requirements A degree or diploma in Apparel Technology, Textile Engineering or a related field At least 5 years in apparel production planning, with 2 or more in management Experience managing production across several factories Strong planning, Excel and leadership skills (ERP/PLM experience is a plus) Willingness to travel, and good English and Sinhala (Tamil is an advantage) The selected candidate can look forward to rewarding career with an attractive remuneration package.
