REQUIREMENTS Minimum 4 years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor, preferably in the construction industry. Road project experience is required. Degree, HND, or equivalent qualification in Quantity Surveying / Construction Management. Strong knowledge of BOQ preparation, quantity measurement, cost estimation, and contract administration. Experience in interim payments, variations, claims, and final accounts. Good communication, negotiation, analytical, and coordination skills. Proficiency in relevant QS software and Microsoft Office will be an advantage. RESPONSIBILITIES Prepare and review BOQs, cost estimates, and tender documents. Carry out quantity measurements and prepare valuations. Prepare interim payment applications and certifications. Monitor project costs, variations, claims, and budgets. Assist with contract administration and final account preparation. Coordinate with project teams, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers. Maintain accurate commercial and project records.
