Receptionist - Tamil, Sinhala & English Speaking | Kurunegala About the Role A newly established medical screening centre in Kurunegala ( Lot 4 , Saragama ,Puttalam road, kurunegala ) is looking for a friendly, organised, and responsible Receptionist to join the team. Working Days: Monday to Friday Working Hours: 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM Key Responsibilities Handle patient registration, appointments, and inquiries. Answer phone calls and WhatsApp messages and provide relevant information to patients. Maintain accurate patient and administrative records. Handle payments, receipts, and basic administrative duties. Maintain confidentiality of patient information. Assist with general administrative and front-office tasks as required. Requirements Previous experience in a reception, customer service, healthcare, or administrative role would be an advantage. Good command of English and Sinhala; Tamil would be an added advantage. Basic computer literacy and familiarity with WhatsApp and other digital communication tools. Pleasant personality with a patient and professional approach.
