Retail Sales Executive - Consumer Electronics | Colombo 04 Xclusive is an authorized retailer for international brands like Anker, ESR and PITAKA. We're looking for a sales executive to join our flagship showroom on Galle Road, Colombo 04 What you'll do Greet and assist walk-in customers; understand their needs and recommend the right product Demonstrate products confidently Process sales, handle billing and card payments accurately Maintain showroom display standards and stock levels on the floor Assist with stock counts, receiving and basic after-sales / warranty queries Follow up on customer inquiries from phone, WhatsApp and social media What we're looking for 1–2 years of retail sales experience (consumer electronics or mobile accessories an advantage) Fluent in Sinhala and English; Tamil an advantage Genuine interest in technology and gadgets - willing to study all aspects of the products we sell Well-presented, courteous, and comfortable approaching customers Basic computer literacy (POS / billing systems) Willing to work Monday to Saturday. Sundays & Poya Days closed. What we offer Salary starting from LKR 70,000 up to 120,000 depending on experience.
