Sales and Administration Assistant (Male) | Colombo 09 Job Profile To provide administrative and coordination support to the Sales Department by maintaining employee records, processing expenses and incentives, handling sales administration activities, and ensuring smooth coordination with internal departments. Key Responsibilities: Maintain accurate records of field sales staff, including leave, recruitment, and resignation details. Coordinate the arrangement and handover of cash floats, fuel cards, mobile phones, tablets, and SIM cards to field sales staff. Check and process field sales staff expenses and submit them to the Finance/Accounts Department for timely reimbursement. Conduct random checks on field staff tracking and maintain accurate records. Submitting processed sales staff incentive details to the Accounts Department for timely payment Represent the Sales Administration Department at Sales Conferences and related events. Handle SAP system related activities and support in sales administration processes Coordinate effectively with Sales, Finance, HR, IT, and other internal departments. Job Requirements G.C.E. Advanced Level (A/L) qualification or equivalent. 1-2 years of experience in Sales Administration, Sales Coordination, Administration, or a similar role would be preferable. Good working knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Knowledge of SAP / ERP / CRM systems will be an added advantage. Strong analytical, organizational, coordination, and problem-solving skills. This position is preferably suited for male candidates.
