Key Responsibilities Manage and respond to incoming leads promptly and professionally. Qualify enquiries and delegate them to the appropriate team members or departments . Proactively pursue new business and convert prospects into clients . Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners . Follow up on outstanding opportunities and provide timely updates to the team. Collaborate closely with internal staff to ensure seamless service delivery.
