Senior Engineer - DevOps Job Purpose Are you passionate about building reliable, scalable, and secure digital platforms? We are looking for a Senior Engineer - DevOps to join our technology team and play a key role in ensuring the availability, performance, and continuous evolution of mission-critical fintech and digital service platforms, telecommunication business support systems. In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams, vendors, and business stakeholders to drive operational excellence, automation, security compliance, and continuous service improvement for large-scale digital ecosystems. The Job Ensure end-to-end service availability, scalability, reliability, and operational excellence across digital platforms. Lead operational governance initiatives and establish best practices for service management and platform stability. Drive incident management, root cause analysis (RCA), and implementation of long-term preventive solutions. Design and implement monitoring, logging, and performance management frameworks. Lead and support CI/CD, deployment, release management, and environment provisioning activities. Collaborate with internal teams, vendors, financial institutions, and regulatory stakeholders to ensure compliance and service quality. Champion process automation initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and customer experience. Ensure systems comply with security standards, audit requirements, and regulatory obligations. Support disaster recovery planning, business continuity measures, and infrastructure resilience. Research and introduce emerging technologies and DevOps best practices to improve platform performance and operational effectiveness. Entry Requirements The Person Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline. Minimum 2+ years of experience in DevOps, Systems Engineering, Site Reliability Engineering, or related technology operations roles. Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and DevOps practices. Experience with system administration, cloud infrastructure, and security implementation. Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, release management, and automation frameworks. Understanding of networking, IP technologies, Linux/Open-Source environments, and application troubleshooting. Familiarity with monitoring, logging, and observability platforms. Experience working within fintech, digital payments, banking, or highly regulated environments will be an added advantage.
