Senior Executive – Collections & Recoveries | Central Region (Fixed Term Contract) The Senior Executive / Executive – Collections & Recoveries is responsible for managing overdue customer accounts and ensuring the achievement of assigned recovery targets across the North & East, Central, Southern, and Western regions. The role involves conducting field visits, negotiating repayment solutions, monitoring recovery cases, and maintaining accurate records while working closely with internal teams to support effective debt recovery operations. Key Responsibilities Achieve assigned recovery and collection targets. Conduct field visits and engage with customers on overdue accounts. Negotiate repayment plans and settlement arrangements. Monitor recovery cases and ensure timely follow-ups. Maintain accurate recovery records and reports. Coordinate with internal stakeholders to support recovery activities. Qualifications & Experience G.C.E. Advanced Level qualification. Diploma/professional qualification in Business, Finance, Banking, or a related field is an added advantage. 2–4 years of experience in Collections, Recoveries, Banking, Finance, or a related field. Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills. Experience in field recoveries and customer negotiations is preferred.
